Return/Restock Policy

At Afinia, we have selected the highest quality products we can find because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with every purchase you make.  Before placing an order with Afinia, please be aware of the terms and conditions for return and restock of products. 

Because of the unique and customized nature of many of our products, it is our policy to not accept returns except in extenuating circumstances, such as those rare cases where a product is not as it was advertised or arrives damaged.  In the event that the product arrives damaged, please document the damage carefully and contact the shipper to initiate the claims process.  We reserve the right to offer an exchange in lieu of a refund for damaged products, at our discretion.

Before placing your order, if you have any questions or concerns about specific aspects of the product, please contact us and one of our product specialists will research and confirm any appropriate details about the product.

Should you opt to return a product, a 25% restock fee may be applied.  The cost of return shipping of the product to Afinia is at the customer’s expense.  We recommend insuring all return shipments, as damages to the product during the return shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to return a product, please contact our customer service by calling or e-mailing returns@afinia.com.  Include in your communication the following information:

Name, Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address

Item Number, Date Purchased, and Reason for Return

If the option is available, please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or refund (minus the restocking fee)

We will provide the appropriate shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to label the product with. All requests for product returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy

In the event that you choose to cancel an order, Afinia will make best efforts to withdraw the order from processing in a timely manner.  Because our products are often built-to-order, we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation after the order has been processed, or to charge a restock fee of 25%, at our discretion.

Site/Ad Error Policy

From time to time, errors in pricing or specification may occur on our website or in our published advertising materials.  We reserve the right to cancel orders based on incorrect pricing.
